LiveMic Pro User Guide

Welcome to LiveMic Pro, the ultimate application to turn your Android device into a professional-grade microphone.

Getting Started

1. Permissions

When you first launch LiveMic Pro, you will be asked to grant Microphone Permission. This is essential for the app to function.

If you accidentally denied it, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > LiveMic Pro > Permissions and enable Microphone.

2. Connecting a Speaker

For the best experience, connect your output device before starting the mic.

  • Bluetooth Speaker: Pair your phone with your Bluetooth speaker via system settings.
  • Aux Cable: Connect your phone to a speaker using a 3.5mm Aux cable (recommended for zero latency).
  • USB Audio: Connect a USB Sound Card or DAC via OTG.

Note: The app will automatically detect the connected device and display it on the Home Screen.

Troubleshooting

Problem: I hear a delay (Echo).

Solution: This is normal with Bluetooth. Try using a newer Bluetooth 5.0+ speaker. For instant sound, use an Aux cable.

Problem: Feedback (High pitched screeching).

Solution: The mic is picking up the speaker's sound. Move the microphone (phone) further away from the speaker, or lower the volume.

Problem: No Sound.
Solution:
  • Check if the "Mute" button is active.
  • Increase the "Mic Volume" slider.
  • Ensure your Bluetooth volume on the phone is turned up.
