By downloading or using BroadcastMySelf, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BroadcastMySelf application for personal or commercial broadcasting purposes, subject to compliance with these terms.

2. User Responsibility & Copyright

Strict Liability: You use this application at your own risk. BroadcastMySelf is a tool for streaming audio to third-party servers (e.g., Icecast, Shoutcast).

• You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.
• You must ensure you adhere to the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka and international copyright laws.
• We do not condone or support piracy. Broadcasting copyrighted music without a license is illegal.

3. Free vs. Premium Service

The app offers two tiers of service:

• Free Tier: Includes limitations (e.g., max 96kbps bitrate, mono audio, no auto-reconnect). Use is subject to these technical constraints.
• Premium Tier: Unlocks higher bitrates, stereo broadcasting, and advanced features. Subscription fees are processed via Google Play Billing.

4. Trial Period & Subscription Policies

We may offer a free trial period for the Premium Tier.

• Free Trial Duration: If a free trial is offered, its duration will be explicitly stated at the time of signup (e.g., 3 days or 7 days).
• Automatic Conversion: At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly or annual subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time via your Google Play Store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, SugaStream Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the application.
• Any unauthorized access to your broadcast server credentials.
• Content broadcasted by you or third parties using the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bandarawela, Uva, Sri Lanka.
